It is possible to define 3D models that will be rendered instead of the default sky sphere. This allows creating some interesting map-specific effects in addition to regular sky boxes. Some ideas:
- Large 3D structures around the map area, that move as if they were a part of the real map when the player's viewpoint moves.
- Moving objects in the sky.
- Animated clouds.
Note. When placing skymodels, the model is not scaled from the centre, it is scaled from the bottom left corner. So if you have the scale higher than 1 1 1 than it might be not placed correctly in the sky
